Mission Statement: “To Provide Stroke Survivors and their Families with Support and Informational Resources”
Join the Stroke Survivor Support Group. The group offers education, support and resources for individuals and families who have been affected by stroke.
Meetings are held once a month on the third Thursday at 2pm. The meetings are formatted as 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of questions and answers.
