About Jennifer Meachum, RD, LD, CNSD
Jennifer Meachum is a Registered, Licensed and Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian who has been a dedicated part of the Baptist Health System team for the past three years. She is the Assistant Director of the Food and Nutrition Services Department at North Central Baptist Hospital. She is a native San Antonian and received her degree in Nutrition Science from The University of Incarnate Word, where she also successfully completed her dietetic internship.

Her love for the sciences, passion for helping people, and her personal weight loss of 100 pounds inspired her to become a dietitian. She enjoys spending time with her family, salsa dancing with her husband, and of course cooking nutritious and delicious dishes.
