  • Develop friendships
  • Share experiences
  • Become inspired

Our Stroke Support Group is a community organization for stroke survivors and their family members as well as friends. It helps people learn more about stroke, and become inspired to move forward after experiencing a stroke.

Seeking support from others who have experienced stroke can be a huge benefit to the recovery process. Our support group will give you and others an opportunity to share feelings, ideas, resources, and often provide important education for survivors and caregivers alike.

  • Relationship building can make a big difference in your and your loved one's life.
  • Learn constructive communication skills through open and honest group discussions.
  • Develop the emotional support you need to keep living your life
  • Talking to others by sharing experiences can help reduce stress and feelings of being overwhelmed.
